Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Social Media Expert to join our creative team. As a Social Media Expert, you will be responsible for managing social media profiles & campaigns and the day-to-day management of the company’s social media properties.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, a versatile creative thinker, and a team player. You will be an active participant in data collection and analyses in order to consistently improve the company’s social media practices with time.
- Develop, implement and manage social media marketing strategy
- Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
- Define most important social media KPIs
- Creating consistent and meaningful content for all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns
- Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and technologies
- Work with content writer and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Collaborate with Marketing and SEO team members
- Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
- Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as a Social Media Expert is required
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media best practices
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
